Welcome to Wayne County Council for the Arts. Based in Newark, NY and serving all of Wayne County and the surrounding area Wayne Arts was established as a non-profit organization in 1977. Wayne County Council for the Arts, Inc. promotes arts participation and arts appreciation for artists and the public. We believe the arts reflect and define who we are and guide our growth as individuals and as a community. Wayne Arts offers a variety of services to members and the community including classes, workshops, exhibit space, a gift shop and special events.
